At Dropmap, we strive to provide high-quality services to our users. This policy outlines the conditions under which we will consider refund requests.

Eligibility for Refunds

Subscription Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not happy with Dropmap, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
  • For annual subscriptions, we offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel within the first 30 days
  • Users with a monthly subscription may be eligible for a refund of the current billing period if the service has not been utilized during that time

One-time Purchase Refunds

  • We offer a refund if you've used the product fewer than 5 times and request a refund within 7 days of your purchase

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside these criteria in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Technical issues that significantly impact service functionality
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made using account credits or gift cards
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Services that have been substantially used or consumed
  • Promotional or discounted items unless otherwise specified

How to Request a Refund

  2. Product or service purchased (e.g., subscription type, specific Dropmap, etc.)
  3. Transaction ID or order number
  4. Reason for the refund request
  5. Any relevant screenshots or documentation

We aim to review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly for refunds before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Inability to make future purchases
  • Additional fees that may be passed on to the customer

Subscriptions and Cancellations

  • Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but doesn't automatically trigger a refund
  • To cancel and request a refund, please contact us separately
  • Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period

Discretionary Refunds

While we strive to adhere to this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue refunds at our discretion in situations not covered by this policy
  • Deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
  • Modify refund eligibility for specific promotions or offers

European Union Customers
